Rock Band

Aquiles received his birthday present early, Rock Band. All the kids love it! Aquiles prefers the guitar and I like to play drums. We are in search of a lead singer, any suggestions?

Bake Sale/Lemonade Stand

Aquiles and Alicia baked cookies last night and sold them along with lemonade today. They made $11.50 which we doubled.

Splashtown

Today Kandi and I took the kids to Splashtown where they had a blast. To my surprise Aquiles and Alicia rode most of the rides and loved them. Jamie's parents came in this evening and Jamie's vacation officially starts tomorrow. We are going tubing with Scott, Kandi, Pam, Clyde, and JP and Dawn on Monday. It will be the kids first tubing experience. This weekend we are having our first garage sale/bake sale/lemonade stand. Jamie and I are in charge of the garage while the kids want to sell lemonade, fruit punch, chocolate chip and sugar cookies. We have a lot of baking to do tomorrow.

Carmen update

I went to the doctor today and everything looks good. I will now be going every two weeks. We are halfway there! We will be leaving for vacation in 2 weeks. We are renting a house on lake Austin. We have some friends who are getting married (I am a bridesmaid; can you believe that?) and there are so many activities during the week that we just decided it would be easier to stay there. We are sharing the house with friends/family. I will have many pictures in a few weeks!
