not much is new!

Life is going on as usual. The kids are busy playing soccer and going to school. I have parent/teacher conferences with the kids' teachers on Wednesday. I am taking a half day off and I am excited about getting home at a decent time! Jamie is going on a fishing trip this weekend and will half Friday off. Life is good!

Happy Birthday Aquiles!

The kids, and obviously Mr. Scott, had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese. Aquiles received two Wii games from his grandparents and he and Zach are completely absorbed. Aquiles woke me up at 6:00 to see if he could play the Wii. Thanks grandparents.

We haven't seen any action from Ike, but we could use the rain.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to many people: Aquiles, Ryan, Ryan, and Stryker who is going to be born today. Congratulations to Chad and Yadira. Yadira is due to have a C section today. Aquiles turned 8 today! We are taking him and the Housholder family out for pizza tonight, unfortunately it is Chuck E. Cheese.

Alicia's school experience went south quickly. After 2 great days, she started having a lot of anxiety about going to school. She has improved however and only cries when Jamie has to leave. He sits with her a few minutes in the library. She was crying at home, in the car, and at school.
